The apartment prices are per apartment and per night in EURO, with a minumum or maximum occupancy and a minimum stay of 6–7 nights.
One-off fee of € 35,00 to € 100,00 per apartment.

Pets are not permitted at our establishment.
WIFI
The apartments are available from 14.00 on your arrival date. If you intend to arrive after 19.00 please call us and let us know.
On the departure date, we request that you vacate your apartment by 9.00 at the latest.

In the case of short stays of a different number of people occupying the room or apartment, prices are subject to change. In such cases, we are happy to make you a non-binding offer.
Advance bank transfer or invoice to be settled in cash the day before your departure.
Your booking is only classed as valid once you have received written booking confirmation from us! When a booking is made, the terms of the Austrian Hotel Contract apply.
To make a fixed reservation, a deposit is required in accordance with the booking confirmation. Non-occupancy charges and terms of cancellation are based on the Austrian Hotel Contract terms.
For processing a cancellation and transfer a deposit back we keep a processing fee of € 30,00
